Unlike traditional air or water cooling, this non-conductive fluid absorbs heat from the hardware and transfers it to a secondary cooling system, such as a heat exchanger or dry cooler. This process allows for efficient heat dissipation, quieter operation, and stable performance even under heavy loads.
Yes, liquid immersion cooling is generally more efficient than traditional liquid cooling systems. In conventional liquid cooling, coolant flows through tubes or cold plates attached to the components. However, immersion cooling eliminates these interfaces by directly surrounding all components in cooling fluid, resulting in superior thermal efficiency, reduced component wear, and lower maintenance costs. The liquids used in immersion cooling are dielectric fluids, which do not conduct electricity.
